Ken was very informed of ALL the features on the Mariner, which was a very different experience from the other dealerships I have dealt with. It was so nice having someone finally take the time to explain the vehicle, there were features the car had that I wasn't aware of.. what a pleasant surprise. I knew I had no choice, I would have to start looking for a new car, and FAST! I visited quite a few dealers in New Jersey. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I almost gave up my search, it was a very emotional time for me.
Then came an email, a VERY NICE email from Mike in Jersey City Ford Lincoln Mercury dealership. I decided to give it ONE LAST TRY... and what can I say? I am ELATED I did!! The moment I walked in, I was greeted and the atmosphere inside was a warm welcoming one. What a difference! The staff treated me as if they had known me for years! It was so nice to have the salesmen KNOW the details on the cars they were selling. Kenny was a wealth of information!! My worries went out the window, I am now a VERY PROUD owner of a 2010 Mercury Mariner! Kenny actually took the time to set up my Sun and Sync package, which would have been a daunting task if he hadn't been there to help. There are no words to express what Jersey City Ford Lincoln Mercury dealership did for me during a very difficult time in my life. James Huang was great. He was so great during my first experience at JC Ford (I leased a Fusion a few months back), that I went back to him for the MKT. I had never owned a Ford before, and the vehicle I was replcing with the MKT ( a 2008 Chevy Suburban) was my first American car purchase. I had previously only purchased German & Japanese cars. After the experience with the Chevy I almost gave up on domestic cars. The Fusion helped retore my faith and the MKT has strengthened it. Thank you!
